02 Information we collect

Campaign attribution and interaction data

Because we run paid search advertising, we record how visitors reach our site so we can attribute enquiries to the right source and measure whether our advertising works. This includes campaign attribution identifiers such as advertising click identifiers and UTM parameters, the referring URL, the landing page you arrived on, your IP address, browser and device information, and timestamps relating to your visit and form submission.

• Advertising platforms, to which we may upload conversion data so the platforms can measure and optimise campaign performance.

When we manage advertising on behalf of a client, those campaigns run within the client's own advertising platform accounts. Information generated through that work is held within those accounts and remains under the client's control. This policy concerns the information we collect directly through this website.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

05 How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as our engagement with you is active or being evaluated, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping needs. Cookies and similar storage expire according to the timelines described in our Cookie Policy. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
